Workout Solutions began over 30 years ago, developing programmes to assist companies and their employees. The nature of this work was researched and designed with the close cooperation of companies and organisations such as The Ministry of Defence, NHS, Local Government and Commercial Companies including BMW, the Rover Group, Dolby International, Nestle, Intel.
Workout maintained the clear aim of answering the needs of its customers, keeping a close eye on costs, efficiency and effective outcomes.
Workout delivers its bespoke programmes using specialists who are all highly qualified and experienced in their field of expertise. Workout works across the whole of the UK.
The costs and contracts are both simple and transparent, based on a Pay as You Go approach, without retainer fees or upfront per capita costs.
Workout is an approved supplier for a number of national organisations e.g. The Fire Service, Local Government. This is as a result of winning the contracts through their rigorous procurement tender process.
