Employee Self Referral
Employees can confidentially self-refer for wellbeing and counselling support through our secure online referral pathway. Following referral, our wellbeing coordination team will make contact within 24 hours to undertake an initial triage assessment and ensure individuals are matched to the most appropriate counsellor or support pathway.

If an individual is in immediate crisis or requires urgent emergency support, they should contact emergency services, NHS 111 or Samaritans directly.

All referrals are handled confidentially and securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation. Information submitted through this form will only be accessed by authorised wellbeing professionals for the purposes of triage and support allocation.
